ONLY YOU CAN PUSH YOURSELF.
I have gotten to a point in life where I see everyone as unique individuals on their own; I see that each and every human being have the capacity and tendency to be who they want to be only if they can push a little further.
Let's quickly take a detour and see how many persons have been deceived into believing most of the motivational speakers we have in the world nowadays. Note that I am not saying listening to or following the word of a motivational speaker does not help, but I am just surprised at how everyone have turned to becoming a motivational speaker. You listen to a man who only reads books without having a practical feel of what he is teaching; many people speak to us based on what they read from a book and not what they have experienced.
I have seen motivational speakers teaching on how to become financially successful whereas they are not even close to financial success themselves, if the principle have not worked for them, how will it work for those who listens to them.
Note that I am not implying that if a particular principle does not work for someone it won't work for the other, but my point is that people need to stop talking about what they have not experienced and stop deceiving people, it is not compulsory to be a motivational speaker when you have not been motivated yourself, then who will be motivating who? People needs what works and not what's on the paper. People need result proven individuals and not theory based teachers.
This is the more reason why people need to keep pushing themselves to be the best and believe in themselves that they can become whatever they desire in their mind through hard work and dedication; information is key but how you use them is more important, even when you read, channel it the best way, many people just read because they wish to read; no, read what is important to you and which will help you.
You are your only motivation, you are the driver and the controller of your life, God has given you enough grace to become anything you wish to become, so push harder and success will be inevitable.
Note that when you wish to read, read what is important to your growth and not just anything, guide your mind jealously.
